Kelly Perrotta, MSN, FNP-BC, is the owner of Nourish Skin and Wellness and the voice behind SkinSmart by Kelly. With over seven years of experience in aesthetic medicine, Kelly has built her practice on one guiding principle: skin health first, aesthetics second. At Nourish, she has standardized every client's care around her signature three-pillar approach of skincare, injectables, and aesthetic treatments, ensuring each plan is intentional, personalized, and built on a foundation of healthy skin. She champions evidence-based, systematic protocols and customized, comprehensive regimens that follow the standard of care, not trends, with an unwavering focus on safety, results, and long-term skin health.

Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and a Master of Science in Nursing, and is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She began her career in critical care, working in the cardiovascular intensive care unit and on the rapid response team, where she developed the clinical precision and calm under pressure that define her work today. She then transitioned into dermatology before specializing in cosmetic dermatology, giving her a deep understanding of the skin from both a medical and aesthetic perspective. Through SkinSmart by Kelly, she educates a growing community on how to make informed, confident decisions about their skin.

Kelly lives in Raleigh, NC on her farm with her husband, Kerry and all their farm animals.
